George W. Bush and Barack H. Obama – War criminals?

Yes or no? Bush murdered millions of Iraqis and Afghans, Obama has only killed a couple thousand Afghans and a couple thousand Iraqis so far. But these are just examples of them directly killing innocent people. What about their support for dictators like Mubarak, the Bahrain royal family, Saudi arabian royal family, etc.? Indirect killing should count too. Also, What about the fumigation of crops in Colombia or how they enslaved third world countries via the IMF? Of the fact that Obama invaded a sovereign nation (Pakistan) and shot bin Laden without Pakistan's approval or a trial? What about illegal torture in GITMO? What about depriving PFC Manning of sunlight and fresh air for weeks? They are war criminals and should be in jail if you ask me.
