How to get a devil out of someone?

I think someone I know has a devil or demon in them, I don't really buy into exercisms, but I see it I see it in their eyes. Its like I see into their soul and nothing is there. Its like I can't describe it, what was once a beautiful person at heart is now like she has no soul, just outer beauty but in their eyes its like idk I can't describe it. I see evil in her eyes, her actions are described what I could only medically describe as a sociopath . But I think it is evil whatever it is
