I wonder what loving christians think of their bible verses?

I've heard someone try to argue that the third example wasn't basically rape because the woman was to be married. But it is clear she is not to refuse the man either so it's not a mutual thing (considering you had to allow her time to mourn because you and your boys just slaughtered all of her loved ones and acquaintances).
